Stephen T. Priestap, Attorney at Law

Mr. Priestap is a graduate of The University of Toledo, where he received his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law.

He is a member of the Ohio Bar and a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Priestap has served on numerous occasions as  the featured speaker at Family Law seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute.

Mr. Priestap's opinion has also been sought many times by local newspapers and television stations on the subject of bankruptcy law and its effects on the Northwest Ohio Community.

Jennifer Bensch, Legal Assistant

Jennifer Bensch is a graduate of The University of Toledo, from which she has a bachelors degree in paralegal studies.

Ms. Bensch has been employed by Mr. Priestap for several years and is a valuable member of the staff.
